Although having said that the Dutch Police never caught him, so I'm not sure that counts as being arrested.

If you've seen the cctv footage which was on the web at the time, you'd know that it shows BWP just stood by the door, keeping an eye out, whilst Dyer rummaged throught the girls bags pocketing purses and phones!
