Saint in Paradise Posted 28 September, 2010 Share Posted 28 September, 2010 When we arrived at Heathrow a few weeks ago we didn't have to fill out an arrivals card. Our UK passports were given a quick scan and that was it, we left NZ using our NZ passports. When leaving to come home we had to use our NZ passports as they were the ones associated with our electronic tickets. I wonder if we are thought to be still in the UK as our UK passports were not scanned ? On arrival at Auckland we had to fill out a form and had our NZ pasports scanned. This form was looked at several time by different people and then just before we were let out to where we were being collected All of our luggage was x-rayed. Im using your identity and presence in the UK to claim benefits and open a number of new bank accounts and credit cards. I hope you enjoyed your holiday as much as I am.
