Yeovil Build Up

Not many predictions on the line up. Is that because Adkins is likely to be more consistent in his selection than Pardew was? If he is, personally, thats something I welcome. I'm not expecting any unforced changes in the team tonight, unless Fonte is back from injury, in which case he would come in for Jaidi. Seaborne probably has the other CB slot from Martin at the moment.

Nah, the reason the line-up is so predictable is that we have a squad with no depth. Pulis was on the bench the other day FFS!

Any win will do, although I do think the days of beig outplayed but nicking a win are probably numbered as NA likes to outplay as well as beat teams. I think Morgan will score soon as he seems to be driving forward with the ball more under Adkins, like he did to set up the goal on Saturday. I might put my money where my mouth is on that too.

I'm hoping for a comfortable 3-0 win, and I don't think that's too unrealistic.

C'mon lads - Let's continue this progress under Adkins.

Really don't want saturday to be a false dawn.

I agree! I feel we have 90% turned the corner and a positive result tonight (and a clean sheet if possible) would mean IMO that we are well on our way to achieving our aim for this season.

These are the sort of dodgy pitched, small terraced stadiums that we struggled at time and time again last year. Adkins has been used to these situations before with Scvnthorpe so hopefully he will be able to guide the players to victory unlike Pardew could do last year in the same circumstances.

Saints to win 3-0

COYS!!

two centre halves on the bench and no strikers ??

Strange

Is Connelly carrying a long(ish) term knock again ?? He never looked really up for it at the start of this season and i fear we have more or less seen the last of him.

We need to make some signings in the transfer window or some astute loans. No backup strikers or midfielders is dire

Lallana, Puncheon, Chamberlain and Guly can all play as a second striker. Better to have experienced attacking midfielder subs on the bench than a youth team striker.

Dickson, Guly, Holmes, Lallana are all midfielders on the bench.

Looking up the table from 18th and 8 points away from the top, Yeovil a point and 2 places behind us, not to mention their -8 gd, we should dominate and win, diogy pitch or no. The goal is promotion, we have turned the corner, games like this have to be won.

COME ON YOU SAINTS!!
