I would say those boots do look like Pulis' looking at the photo in the other 'training' thread. I can see no way Lallana would be running like that yet after his recent knee surgery.

according to the OS - lallana end of oct, richardson expected back in october - so i'd assume towards the start/mid of october.

Could it be Seaborne ?? Dunno, could be Adam, he may be running on it by now. Knee injuries normally allow you to get back on your feet quick, just no turning direction.
