Ah. A p1ssing contest thread. Solidarity or banal one-upmanship. Which is the way forward?

Not one to complain but shouldn't this be in the buy/sell forum?

Anyway I'm interested but there seems to be some confusion over the description. Is it a flat or a 4 bed house? Wouldn't be interested in the house for cost reasons but would like some more deatils if it's a flat, ecpecially if it's a city centre location. I don't have PM facility I'm afraid.

Anyone who really thought that MoN would ever consier managing a L1 club needs sectioning for their own safety.

If you ever need proof that most of the rumours that swirl around football are made up ****** then how about the one that Holloway applied for the job? He is a manager who has spent his career in the lower leagues but is currently having the time of his life pitting his wits against the likes of Fergie in the Prem.

If anyone really thought he had applied for the job then sectioning would be too kind, it's padded cell time.

Other than 1994/5 presumably ?

Is it near the station? You said it was near the city centre, but you know how property listings can be. I need to commute to London every day so that's a biggie for me, and I don't want to have to pay parking every day.

What price are you asking too? I think you need to be realistic given the property market crash and you don't want to price yourself out of the market. Not saying I'm definitely interested, but I'd like to hear more. Can you email me at whizzerandchips@hotmail.com (I don't have PM facility).

I'm trying to work out whether you're serious or whether you're just playing along!

Sorry for the lateness of the reply, been in talks with a few people. There's a possibility that I will be moving t'up north to a little place outside Hull, Scvnthorpe, as a vacancy has arisen this week.

Anywho - back to the flat. It is centrally located with secure underground parking. I've tied myself in to the flat for 3 years as that was what was offered to me by the potential employers. Am looking to cover the rent down here as I dint think the salary oop north will be as attractive so gotta watch the pennies.

P.s anyone know what Wales is like? There's talk of a job there too maybe?

Come on Bridgey - leave off - you're role playing this thread far too well. There are people that simply won't be able to keep up with you .... !!

With all due respect Deano I enquired first about the flat on this thread. I feel that should count for something should the flat turn out to be something I'll proceed with. That's only fair?

could I just point out to anyone who will listen, I was offered this flat first and turned it down*.

Mainly because I think the guy upstairs might be noisy and troublesome.

I'm now returned to my little seaside bedsit and the neighbours think I'm some sort of hero as a result.

Is the flat avaialbel for a short term rent? It's just I managed to book my return from a conference in the US to co-incide with the Cherry home game (if they can afford the petrol) and as I will have flown over night I could do with getting my head down for a couple of hours, and seems Jury's Inn just don't have decent 3 hour rates)

I keep googling MON so I could get intouch but seem to get the answer Hoots. Anyone help?
