hamster Posted 12 September, 2010 Share Posted 12 September, 2010 Just wandering who our resident experts are. Who is Crouchie's Lawyer nowadays? I'm looking for a fixed rate deal with a LTV just over the 80% mark (can't budge on that) so limited slightly by that. I've done all the internet searches and had two brokers find me what they consider to be great deals but I am not convinced that I need to pay a arrangement fee in the region of a grand when I could maybe get the same myself through SWF and it could cost me the price of a beer or two. More info: 15 year term overpayment facility a must no penalty if and when we leave AFTER the fixed rate term cheers in advance

Crouchie's Lawyer Posted 11 August, 2011 Share Posted 11 August, 2011 Been called things that rhyme with banker before but a banker I am not! ;-) I dislike banks as much (if not more because I deal with them daily) than the next person
