hamster Posted 12 September, 2010 Posted 12 September, 2010 Just wandering who our resident experts are. Who is Crouchie's Lawyer nowadays? I'm looking for a fixed rate deal with a LTV just over the 80% mark (can't budge on that) so limited slightly by that. I've done all the internet searches and had two brokers find me what they consider to be great deals but I am not convinced that I need to pay a arrangement fee in the region of a grand when I could maybe get the same myself through SWF and it could cost me the price of a beer or two. More info: 15 year term overpayment facility a must no penalty if and when we leave AFTER the fixed rate term cheers in advance

scotty Posted 7 August, 2011 Posted 7 August, 2011 So generous. Seconded. Bankers seem to be quite popular nowadays
Crouchie's Lawyer Posted 11 August, 2011 Posted 11 August, 2011 Been called things that rhyme with banker before but a banker I am not! ;-) I dislike banks as much (if not more because I deal with them daily) than the next person
