Best news of the day was when I heard KD mullered him and dislocated his shoulder. Shame the challenge didn't break both of his legs also. On a side note, I still find it odd how Swindon new about/took a punt on a player who was playing non league in our neck off woods, yet we didn't. Their 50k gamble is now worth 1 million plus. He was going to Boscombe but didn't because of their transfer embargo, we were never offered him, and never showed any interest in him. That came from Tommy Killick Poole Town's Manager.

As I live in Swindon and was surrounded by STFC supporters at my Sunday morning team's cup game (drew 5-5 after being 3-0 and 4-3 down but lost on penalties - that'll bring the crowds back) I was told/discussed a few things. 1. Can we play you every week? (Ho ho) 2. Saints are a good team and will be near the top of the table come the season's end. 3. Charlie Austin is out for 12 weeks or more.
