Income Tax Rebate Scam

Apparently scammers have already jumped on the tax rebate balls up, and are sending out emails claiming to be from HMRC requesting bank details so they can send the tax rebate. HMRC NEVER do anything like this using email.

Rumours that the emails are originating from an office in Goldsmith Avenue are completely unfounded;)

Had a message about this when I logged on to my online account yesterday, HMRC say they will never ever send e-mails requesting any details.
