Right sider Posted 9 September, 2010 Posted 9 September, 2010 Was on skybet just now and saw that the odds for Phil Brown changed twice in five minutes, now 3/2. Surprisingly Jeff Kenna at 10/1. MON still at 12/1.
saint_disco123 Posted 9 September, 2010 Posted 9 September, 2010 it will be MON you wait!! Brown is a lucky manager God I wish they would hurry up with it allready!!!!
saintmonkey1979 Posted 9 September, 2010 Posted 9 September, 2010 I can't for the life of me see it being Brown, especially since his reporting of his interveiw to the media. Cortese doesn't like club business being released in this way, and because of this, I think he may have talked his way out of the Job, in much the same way Scu(n)thorpe seem to have done for NA. I believe the successful candidate will certainly be one who maintains a professional and dignified silence. No idea who that may be though.
Wade Garrett Posted 9 September, 2010 Posted 9 September, 2010 I'll be gutted if it's the orange Brown.

I think you'll find the S****horpe chairmen will call it a result. It's yet another NC balls up that has put pay to that deal. And any manager will know they were second choice now. You got to love NC 'midas' touch

Unless you were involved in the negotiations, you know as much as the rest of us about the finer details. Speculate all you like, the same as the rest of us, but to call it a Cortese balls up could well be wide of the mark. Or not. Who knows.
OldNick Posted 9 September, 2010 Posted 9 September, 2010 I think brown did his chances by going to the media yesterday
Marsdinho Posted 9 September, 2010 Posted 9 September, 2010 I'll be gutted if it's the orange Brown. Me too... http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?25041-The-quot-I-f**king-hate-the-c*nt-that-is-Phil-f**king-Brown-quot-thread...
gaz Posted 9 September, 2010 Posted 9 September, 2010 This is probably the reason his odds have shot up: http://www.skysports.com/story/0%2C%2C11719_6364739%2C00%2Ben-USS_01DBC.html
Bucks Saint Posted 9 September, 2010 Posted 9 September, 2010 I think brown did his chances by going to the media yesterday or hopefully NC finally got some references from the Hull chairman.
BridgnorthSaint Posted 9 September, 2010 Posted 9 September, 2010 Not Brown Please! Centre spot team talks and huge egos
Bucks Saint Posted 9 September, 2010 Posted 9 September, 2010 Not Brown Please! Centre spot team talks and huge egos And those are the relatively minor points. Off field..........
Redondo Saint Posted 9 September, 2010 Posted 9 September, 2010 this is stopping me from working properly this aftenoon. It's going on and on and on and on............................
Ivan Katalinic's 'tache Posted 9 September, 2010 Posted 9 September, 2010 It's my belief that we'll be in the brown stuff, if we appoint Brown.
