Agree. KK was a saints hero of mine (and many others I suspect) and I think would serve his purpose extremely well in this current situation. He's a motivator first and foremost and would re-install that (currently missing) winning mentality that Pardew successfully implemented last year.

My theory is that the longer it goes unannounced (within reason) the 'better' the outcome is likely to be as it implies there are more complications that need tieing up and I would associate 'complications' with bigger names rather than run-of-the-mill names.

 

Just my humble opinion of course.

No harm in double checking but our original poster looks the genuine article to me. The only question is whether she was mistaken as to it being KK. If it was him then what was he doing there? Seems a hell of a coincidence if he was staying there for non-Saints related things

You could always ask a general question about the running of the hotel that his daughter would know about (e.g. what did the manager have for breakfast? Or What teabags did Jill on reception always have at break times - herbal or chinese leaf?) but wouldn't give her identity away.... :-)

 

But there again, how would we know for sure that you worked there too...?

Im not knocking him (or you) I just think two people can be in the same building and see (or not see) different things. I worked in the grand hotel in Brighton when I was student. Delivered room service to be met at the door by the home secretary. No-one I spoke to knew he was there.
