Pancake Posted 7 September, 2010 Share Posted 7 September, 2010 Bit of an odd one here. My PC has started showing a BD-ROM Drive assigned to K: when viewing My Computer. Im 100% sure I dont have a Blu-Ray drive on the PC. The weird thing is that it has only started to appear in the last 2 days, before that its not shown (had the PC for a year). No new Windows updates have been applied recently, the only updated software was iTunes 10 x64. Any ideas?
saint_stevo Posted 7 September, 2010 Share Posted 7 September, 2010 Remove all your drives from device manager and then scan for hardware changes and see what it picks up
Pancake Posted 7 September, 2010 Author Share Posted 7 September, 2010 Done, not picked it up in Devices, but still showing as K: on Computer. Farking Windows!
Mewsta Posted 7 September, 2010 Share Posted 7 September, 2010 You don't have Daemon tools lite installed or a phantom drive mounting utility for reading ISO's do you?!
