Personally as much as I would love Martin O'Neill, this is also my fears. Would be not jump at the next 'top job' if it was offered to him.

 

He does have a bit of history of doing so fair dues to him everyone wants to go as far as they can in their lives, I just think a lower profile but good manager may be better for us in the long run.
