saint lard Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 we miss Lallanna,no penetrating runs from midfield into the oppositions box.....ooer.hammond and morgan just sit back so chamberlain trying to be everywhere.
Saint_clark Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 I've seen Hammond make plenty of runs forward, he just has no options from then on.
trousers Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 Hands up who mocked my suggestion to start with Lambert on the bench. Come on, you know who you are... ;-)
trousers Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 how pants is guly on a scale of 1-100 37.5
Dalek2003 Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 We lack confidence and self belief. We need a manager that can restore this. This is what Strachan managed to do when he came. MON is the man who can do this.
Glasgow_Saint Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 How miserable do our fans look Cameraman just picked out a right fitty, anyone know her? if she is really fit, i probs no her
saintant Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 Watched first half online. Wilkins makes the same mistake as Pardew against blanket defence by getting us playing too narrow. We need Puncheon to hug the left touchline and OC wide right - they must be told to stay there so that Rochdale fullbacks have no choice but to go out wide to cover them. This will create space for runners and Lambert. Keep huffing and puffing up the middle with nobody wide and we'll get nowhere. It aint rocket science.
Saint_clark Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 Why are we always looking for a backwards option FIRST, ffs.
SuperMikey Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 WHY is Puncheon still playing on the right? FFS
Leicestersaint Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 if we can't beat Rochdale - well really!
Saint_clark Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 WHY is Puncheon still playing on the right? FFS He started on the left, him and Chamberlain have been swapping all game.
DrunkenSaint Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 This is a lie, some of our best results last season came with those two up front. Really? ive only ever seen Connolly come on and score when we have the game in the bag, last season we started with 451 then went to 442 with Connolly coming on. Same when we got Barnard, we tried 442 it didnt work so went back to 451 and late on he'll come on using the 442 formation. Guess what? we have been using the 442 formation all this season and its done us nothing, a win against a poor Bristol rovers side but loses against teams we would of thrashed last season.
Deppo Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 I have never heard a commentator get so many player names wrong.
Thorpe-le-Saint Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 **** sake Saints, who is at home here?!
Glasgow_Saint Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 The damage that AP has caused could take years to recover from

Thorpe-le-Saint Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 I have never heard a commentator get so many player names wrong. Sounds like he's doing it form his bedroom.

Thorpe-le-Saint Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 The damage that AP has caused could take years to recover from Go away troll. Morgs should have gone across the keeper.
James Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 Glasgow Saint - that is possibly the most ridiculous comment I've heard since Pardew's sacking. Talk about overreacting. FFS!
Saint_clark Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 Sounds like he's doing it form his bedroom. I thought I heard fapping at half time as well, tbf.

Thorpe-le-Saint Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 Get that **** Puncheon off the ****ing pitch, what a waste of ****ing oxygen!
SuperMikey Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 And then Rochdale nearly f*cking score! Jesus christ...
Ludwig Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 I don't really understand why people are blaming Puncheon, in the build-up he's been solid and the only player actually looking to do things in the final third. Stop whinging.
Badger Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 WHY is Puncheon still playing on the right? FFS Or indeed anywhere at all for that matter ?
