Ohio Saint Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 Let's be fair to Rochdale though, they played.......Oh, sorry, they were crap too, just less crap than us.
Dalek2003 Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 You will hate me for saying this, but we must get any one of these three high profile managers: O'Neil, Strachan or Hoddle
martyg1950 Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 Tater doesn't know what Wilkins will say in post-match ..................................... sorry? Goodbye and thanks for all the fish?
the saint in winchester Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 Ugly scenes at the ground. Glad I didn't go today now. Sadly, it's time to face up. NC does now need to explain what grouinds he had to release/get rid of AP, as we fans are not behind him. He then needs to show us his solution, with a new manager who can inspire this team.
gonzo Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 Poor game, poor performance. Something needs to change and pretty bloody quickly. Title favourites? We look more like relegation scrappers. The team seems to be short of fitness, organisation, ideas and desire to be frank. Terrible.
obelisk Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 Less of the bad mouthing Bucks. I can call you names as well y'know. It's a game of opinions and it's a fact that Pardew had no idea on how to break teams down at home. The record speaks for itself.
Robsk II Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 you will hate me for saying this, but we must get any one of these three high profile managers: O'neil, strachan or hoddle no; c*nt.
saint_stevo Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 New manager needed asap, no more of this clown Wilkins
Saint Without a Halo Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 We are now 18th and Plymouth Orient and Swindon are below us! What does that say about our performances to date?
LGTL Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 2 home games, no goals, 5 conceded and lost a manager. Even by SFC standards, that's a pretty awful week.
gammon cheeks Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 This is Pardew's team and with just one lucky deflected goal at home this season, no pace, no movement, no width Cortese was right to get shot of him. It's clear we need someone that knows how to motivate decent players and to come up with plans B and C when required. The players have lost it because they have lost their manager simple as that, you thick ****!!!
the saint in winchester Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 no; c*nt. At least he now seems prepared to consider other options than his beloved Hoddle!
Thorpe-le-Saint Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 A bit annoyed with Saints Player, I can't seem to get any coverage from the Solent studio, all the 'field reports' are fine though.
Liquidshokk Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 Why the **** do I bother. Relegation anyone??? (yes I know I'm just in wrist slitting mode)
obelisk Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 The players have lost it because they have lost their manager simple as that, you thick ****!!! Language!! Are you saying things would have been any different with AP? Past evidence suggests otherwise.
Robsk II Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 At least he now seems prepared to consider other options than his beloved Hoddle! Thank the good lord.
Kingsbridge Saint Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 The only thing more pathetic than that 'performance' is Cortese whose pants are now well and truly round his ankles. He needs to turn a rather pathetic acorn into a raging stiffy like ****ing yesterday or he is going to be as unpopular as Lowe.
Deppo Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 The only thing more pathetic than that 'performance' is Cortese whose pants are now well and truly round his ankles. He needs to turn a rather pathetic acorn into a raging stiffy like ****ing yesterday or he is going to be as unpopular as Lowe. I would love to see his erect penis as well. You will have a PM shortly, just to keep you going.
paris Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 I don't hate you ,i agree with you O'neil for me followed br WGS........................
Saint-Fred Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 Language!! Are you saying things would have been any different with AP? Past evidence suggests otherwise. What evidence? How many games did we lose at Home under Pardew? How many of those were lost by 3-0 as we did Tuesday and how many by 2-0 like today? Lets have your evidence as to why todays performance and Tuesday performance would have been the same with Pardew in charge then?
ulstersaint Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 1 point from 3 very winnable home games - relegation form.
Robsk II Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 ya think? Well done Sherlock. That's the most insightful comment I've ever read.
trousers Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 Well, at least the 5 year plan is still intact: Relegation this season followed by three promotions on the trott.
St Marco Posted 4 September, 2010 Posted 4 September, 2010 Well seeing as no reaction thread will just say it here. We were ****. You know your **** when your defenders are taking 45 yard shots at goal. The stand out **** players were Puncheon.....the lad has potential, but today he was just gash. Awful shots, awful control, awful passing. But the sad thing is he was the only one who looked like scoring, just chances are it would of been a fluke! Hammond and Morgan....both total garbage today and at fault for the 2nd goal. Last week hammong decided to lair up at Guly for not being in the right place, i suggest he goes and looks in the mirror and does the same thing. He gave the ball away so easy and took 40 yard shots every chance he got. Davis......had his head in his ass today. Kicked long everytime and none of them worked out. I think i counted 5 kicks that just went out for a goal kick to them. First goal was a big mistake by Davis, even i could of stopped that one. Someone needs to tell Davis to stop kicking long, it just adds to our problems. Our two wingers are small guys, they will never win a header against a 6ft+ defender. Lambert.... Big time out of form and looks really out of place right now. Was mass defended and couldn't come up with a way to deal with it. Only players who i thought did well were Alex and Connolly. I think what is clear from these past two games is the confidence and morale is shot. They look void of ideas and have no clue what to do. We just hoof it up from the defence and hope someone get's on the end of it. Cortese must bring in a big name manager this week or resign simple as that.
