whhhhheeeeerrrrrreeeee the F11k is alpine saint? where the f11k is alpine saint?

Probably finding something wrong with this game.

Just got in from the DIY stores.

Come on everyone, heap it on, I've got broad shoulders.

Very, very happy and relieved that today is going so well. The humble pie tastes good.

Can someone tell me if Lallana is injured ? I see he has been subbed. No sign of Goolie yet ? Would have thought we would see him now we are 3-0 up

Considering his position no doubt, his prediction pre-match was a 2-0 loss if I remember correctly, not that I take notes or anything lol

The problem with Phil 'n Eric is that they give the impression that all expat listeners are on the booze. It must be my puritan upbringing or my inability to stop after I've started but I'm going down the bar for an apperitivo _after_ the game (sod the ginger cake for now).

Mind you, I think I'll get changed now so that I can rush off to celebrate as soon as the whistle goes: am I being over-confident??

Listening on Saints Player - why do they tell us that Saints are playing Left to Right, because they are also playing Right to Left? It all depends which side of the pitch you are on, and it makes no difference to the commentary which it is. A team's Right side is its Right side, and its Left is its Left, regardless of which end they are attacking!

In fairness to Laurence Herman and Dave Merrington, many radio commentators seem to fall into the same trap of providing pointless information, apparantly unaware that since radio listeners can't see what the commentators can see, the direction they are watching is immaterial.

''If its any consolation Rovers fans at least we wont have to play teams like Southampton any week, to be fair I think any team would struggle with them on this form... They really are head and shoulders above anything I've seen in this division''

I'm old enough to remember radio commentary where you could visualize the game on the pitch.

Still got to learn how to do it back at SMS though.

Hopefully today gives them a massive confidence boost.

And nothing to do with your heavily stocked cellar?

See down here we have an excuse, sun is well past the yardarm 7:32 in the evening.

You Europeans are the same for evening kick offs!

You're just confused because you are stuck between the two

Don't worry will be worse when the cloks go back

And we only do it to annoy the Yanks sitting reading this over breakfast :-)
