There were at least 7 people queuing at the ticket office when I drove past earlier. Although some of them may have been getting tickets for Swindon. We can probably assume at least half of them were getting Orient tickets, so let's call it 4 (with a possibility of 7). Although I was driving so couldn't see clearly. It may have been 6 people. Or even 8. Let's play it save and say definitely 3 people getting tickets for tomorrow. I hope this information is helpful for those speculating.

They probably would have been getting at least two tickets each. Better recalculate!

coming down from london, i will be fine getting tickets at the gate yes? thanks

Phone up in the morning, buy them over the phone and pick them up from the ground, normally a much shorter queue for just picking up the tickets as opposed to buying them there and then...

Not looking for sympathy but my sister (also 62) passed away suddenly on Tuesday so I now have three tickets for block 38 if anyone wants them at £20 each? I was going with my nephew who is too gutted to sit through any more heart renting stuff. We are going to the pub and both wearing our liebherr no1 shirts in his honour. Pm me please if interested.

Sorry to hear this mate, deepest sympathies.

As for the attendance, I have got at least 7 people coming up from Weymouth who do not regularly go. I see a few other people have convinced their "fringe fan" mates to come as well, so I really doubt this game will be below 25k.

I think many will be disappointed with the 21k crowd.

4-0 Saints

WIFM

Only 40 saints? Does that include the players or just the fans? Either way, I'd definately be hugely disappointed in our fans if that was all we coiuld muster for such a game.

Not long now guys until we find out what the attendance will be. I'll probably have an extra guess at kick off time based on how many people I can see.

I'll then wait for the offiical attendance by checking the OS or buying the Pink. Good luck with your predictions guys!!!

4 more going now, taking my kids to their first games - a bit worried about my son during the minutes silence as he's only 4 and doesn't take orders (like his dad) - concourse for me then.

Don't agree with this, think a minutes silence would be more appropriate.

I agree with you personally but perhaps markus' family and friends prefer an applause in which case fair enough.

I certainly hope so as a minutes applause is a relatively new thing and is only used in football, so they might not be expecting it.

i am sure some people would prefer to gleefully come on here gleefully bragging they were within 3,000 of the attendance than saints actually winning today.

If there's less than 45,000 there today, sitting on the pitch, sneaking on the roof ETC.... I'll be completely gutted, I don't care if we win 8-0, how are we going to get promoted with crowds less than 40,000

Now in Southampton on a mate's PC so Italian Saint(s) will be out in force... Off for a pre-med, I mean pre-match drink.

I shall predict neither the crowd or the score, but please let us win, pleaase.

4-0 Saints

No, it will be the send off we give to Markus that will decide whether it's a disappointment or not. Irrespective of the result and size of crowd to a certain extent.

Question is, would you take a saints hammering and a lukewarm reception or an amazing crowd performance but a 3-0 tonking?

Any of the above would be good because each scenario gives me something to whinge about. However, should saints win 8-0, a brilliant reception and an amazing atmosphere i am sure the queue for beer or toilets will give me sufficent cause to complain.

I was going to go but it's raining, so I think I'll stay in and play some board games. Should I play Pop-Up Pirate or Build A Better Burger?
