Would be a real fantastic effort to sell out for this one.

Quite right, a packed St Mary's in respect for Marcus would be fantastic, I would presume their will be a minutes silence as well; wish I could be their my self, however, in spirit I will be for sure.

Yeah I think silence too. Clapping is good in certain circumstances (e.g George Best) but I think there will be alot of people there, especially those that knew him well, who may not feel up to clapping.

I hope this sells out if 50,000 + can make it to Wembley then 30,000 + should turn out as a mark of respect for the man that saved our club. There has been a lot of genuine sympathy for Markus I hope that we get a full house to show our thanks and respect for him it is the least we could do.

I couldn't have said it any better! Top post.

The club, players, Cortesse, any family/friends of Markus who are watching, could all do with the lift of a sell out.

As someone said- - if you enjoyed the JPT is it too much to ask?

A full house would be a fitting tribute to the man who not only saved the club but won the hearts of us all with his actions at Wembley. He was like a kid in a sweet shop with a smile as big as the arch, that memory will stay with me forever.

A silence would be more suitable i think rather than a applause. Shows more respect.

I'd say this is about right, tho' it would be interesting to see how they deal with these situations in Germany/Switzerland, if they do a 'minutes applause' then that may well be more fitting.

Whatever, after this, his name should be ringing round St Mary's. Shame it never really got going at Wembley.

We've rearranged a golfing weekend to make sure we're there for Markus on saturday. Least we could do really. And judging by the fantastic support shown over the last week, I have full confidence that a sell out crowd of superb, endlessly grateful saints fans will do the same.

Agree with the sentiments above, will be good to see a full house, good news that block 43 is open, i cant see Orient bringing many so hopefully block 44 as well like the MK Dons game.
