Someone very like him in Kingsland North on Tuesday - big tall bloke, kept standing up, thought he was a saints fan 'not quite there'. Kept being asked to sit down by stewards. Moved 2nd half to a seat the other side of me - when Lalana's goal went in I saw him being walked out of the ground - assumed he was a Bournemouth fan. Muppet

I think quite a few of us have been in that situation, over previous recent seasons, in thought, if not in deed. Last season was the biggest breath of fresh air since 2002-03. And if we leave out the different league levels, it actually felt better.

There is a middle aged, red-faced guy who sits in the Kingsland just off the halfway line and about 6 or 7 rows back who has been there since the stadium opened and who acts in the same way at most games. Quite funny really!

I took my wife and two small children to the Leeds game last season, I know it was tied to the pompey game and we were sat at the back of the Kingsland stand, but there were 4 lads all with the same actions and mouth sat directly behind us. I am no saint, but the language and actions of these 4 lads were disgraceful, in front of my young kids. I was ashamed, and it got to the point that I was going to grab them by the throat and throttle them. I will never be taking my daughter ever again to a football match.

I wish I was alone with the chavvy gobsh|tes, I would have eaten their tongues out.

Ridiculous people can act like that knowingly in front of small children, especially considering it wasn't even in the depths of Northam. Embarrassing that people like that support our club really.

Had a similar situation with a group of pre-pubescent *****s behind me in Kingsland North (basically Northam, the block next to it) who half an hour before the game, took it in turns to stand up and scream "GAY!" at the top of their squeaky voice. I felt like I bonded with the people around me who all glared at them.

Basically why I've moved from block 37 over to block 4
