Video shop burns down in Osaka, 15 killed Police and news reports say at least 15 people were killed and 10 others injured in a pre-dawn fire in a video shop in Osaka, western Japan. Police say the blaze broke out at around 3.00am Wednesday in the video shop located on the first floor of a seven-story building in downtown Osaka. Police say the fire burned the video shop's ceiling and walls and authorities were investigating the cause of the fire. Kyodo News agency says the 15 dead were male customers of the video shop.
