Don't know the background to this case but it should be a reminder to everyone (particularly lads) to get yourself checked out regularly. Too many young men die of this or testicular cancer through fear, embarrasment, and a "it won't happen to me" attitude.

RIP Adam and condolences to all Exeter fans.

He had real potential as a youngster when Yeovil bought him from non-league, and I'll always remember him swearing on live tv after the FA Trophy Final in 2002! Unfortunately, during the first ten minutes of the opening match in 2002/03, he suffered a serious broken leg which slowed his progress significantly.

He then went to Hereford and onto Exeter where he progressed from the Conference through to League 1.

RIP Adam :(

Looking back at his goal record and his appearances for his clubs shows that he was a committed true professional trying to work his way up and it's a shame how it's all come to an end.

Terrible news, RIP Adam
