I would cite monthly conflicts with BT about my broadband connection going down for weeks at a time as one of the reasons I left the UK; I just couldnt be bothered with it and the work stress it caused me ever time.

I've been with various ISP's and am now with BT (with the homebub thing) and it's a superb connection - not had a problem.
