AndyD Posted 6 August, 2010 Posted 6 August, 2010 After Saints hopefully get off to a good start and beat the janners on Saturday - I think the craving to buy all these players we've been linked with will subside. With the additions of Butterfield, Dickson & Richardson I think we'll be OK - and if we add Antonio we'll be sorted - as we have kept ALL our BEST players. Keep the Faith - COYR.
thorpie the sinner Posted 6 August, 2010 Posted 6 August, 2010 And if we lose Andy lol??? Agree about squad and Antonio though, although Phillips sounds exciting! Those two and a central midfilder for me
bowers-sfc Posted 6 August, 2010 Posted 6 August, 2010 as we have kept ALL our BEST players. Keep the Faith - COYR. We could still receive a bid from man city for pulis
Guest Dark Sotonic Mills Posted 6 August, 2010 Posted 6 August, 2010 We could still receive a bid from man city for pulis Hope we hold out for £40m.
Ivan Katalinic's 'tache Posted 6 August, 2010 Posted 6 August, 2010 Hope we hold out for 40p. More realistic.
VectisSaint Posted 6 August, 2010 Posted 6 August, 2010 We could still receive a bid from man city for pulis Doubt it, they are likely to wait until end August when they can take him on a free.
sambosa75 Posted 6 August, 2010 Posted 6 August, 2010 What I dont get is every body focussing on not signing this player or that player and getting in to a tizz about it. We've lost a couple of loan signings since last season but I would rather rejoice in the fact that we havent sold any of our important players. Players like Davis, Fonte, Lallana, Schneiderlin, Lambert etc... If I was Ian Holloway, I would be trying to rape our squad right now but the fact is we havent been bullied in to letting any of our players go. As far as I'm concerned that is better than making any realistic signings and is something that should be celebrated as opposed to moaning about not signing Nathan 'bloody' Tyson as our back up striker!
