St Landrew Posted 5 August, 2010 Posted 5 August, 2010 So nobody saw it..? I haven't commented before, because I thought I'd let someone else do it. It wasn't anything to write home about, but I take it nobody noticed Clarkson's little quip about anagrams on the registration number plates of the cars they were driving, while doing the little tearful bit on British roadsters. Bit naughty for a family programme, I thought. But I still laughed. Mind you, the swearing cat is definitely out of the bag, on TV, nowadays. Jeff Goldblum gets freakier and more out-of-sight every time I see him interviewed.
Ponty Posted 5 August, 2010 Posted 5 August, 2010 Yeah, I saw it, StL, and enjoyed the British roadsters. It was a nice piece. I get used to people catching the various BBC3 repeats during the week though so I never even missed the thread.
Johnny Shearer Posted 13 August, 2010 Posted 13 August, 2010 Yep liked the look back on the roadsters. The number plate thing was so obvious though but funny nonetheless!
Marsdinho Posted 25 August, 2010 Posted 25 August, 2010 the number plate gag had me in stitches. Also liked, The Reliant Robin piece, driving up the volcano, making their own camper vans, tom & Cameron on the sofa.
