Bailey Posted 4 August, 2010 Posted 4 August, 2010 (edited) http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/s/southampton/8884943.stm Couple of quotes in this article, with AP speaking about the pressure that comes with the job and how he plans to remain at St. Mary's. Now bring on Saturday I say! Edited 4 August, 2010 by Bailey
Colinjb Posted 4 August, 2010 Posted 4 August, 2010 Not quite the awe inspiring rallying cry I was hoping for but nonetheless I trust him and Cortese to back him. Come on you Saints!
trousers Posted 4 August, 2010 Posted 4 August, 2010 Not quite the awe inspiring rallying cry I was hoping for Aye....when Pardew describes his relationship with 'the board' it does come across more "them and me" rather than "us" or "we".... The former West Ham boss added: "Not once did I have any intention to walk away, and I still don't. It's not my decision, it's the board's decision. "They've decided I'm their man for this season, and hopefully I can lead them to what they want." Anyway, I'm not one to read between the lines so....onwards and upwards!
NickG Posted 4 August, 2010 Posted 4 August, 2010 was played on solent this morning and more on south today tonight
Dimond Geezer Posted 4 August, 2010 Posted 4 August, 2010 OMG I read the thread title as 'Pulis can handle the pressure".
