Let's not start that one again. Everyone would hope to have the players in as early as possible, but as AP himself has pointed out it's not as easy as that, getting the right players in can take time and unfortunately we have to play a waiting game for them to become available. We "could" have made many signings by now, but if it means that we subsequently miss out on better signings then I'd much rather wait.

Yes but his teams usually play well preseason I cant see if Saints are not playing well in Pre Season they will start playing well in the League. But I dont know how they are playing at the moment so I will have to wait and see

Judging by last season we need at least 20 RB I don't what it is, but that postion seems cursed at saints these days.

It worries me a bit, having watched the first half, that the biggest test we'll face is Reading FFS. Eastleigh as out last friendly worries me a bit that we're not going to be ready :-(

No harm in trying different formations out in these friendlies but they do show a bit of a weakness outside the starting XI. Agree with that Eric.
