Toolbar issue

I usually have the net running while playing FM.

 

FM usually, when selected on the toolbar takes up the whole screen.

 

However, my toolbar seems to have made its way onto my FM screen?

 

Any ideas whats happened/how to fix it?

Open task manager, kill explorer.exe, then start a nee process of explorer.exe

[saint_bert]

not fixed it. really annoying
