About two years ago I met a couple who were off to Ireland for their honeymoon, she was a nurse and she told me about this women who weighed in at around 350 pounds who was about to give birth; having got her into the correct position and spread the fat on her thighs so the baby could get out, the doctor then walked into the room; his comment was "how in the hell did this happen. She replied with "you are about the fifth short dixxed white doctor to ask me that", to which every one struggled to keep a straight face.
