Most long range free kicks that are on target. Don't get me wrong I am glad we have him but that just seems to be a weakness. If you look back at a lot of last seasons goals that we conceded there where quite a few long range free kicks that went in.

Feel free to point me in the direction of these goals.

Lambert scored a few too - I thought it was through skill not the Goalie being a Pratt

I can remember one long range one, Richards for Walsall, i won't count Harte's against Carlisle as surely the 18 yard line can't be counted as a long range free kick.

I hadn't really noticed it before but you're right, Harte, Puncheon (for Dons), Walsall guy, this chap tonight...

I think it might be more down to quality of the set piece than a weakness of Kelv though

Yes, higher shots, close range, one on ones. There have been comments for ages about long low shots beating him. He's a lower league keeper, a good one, but a lower league one, so obviously he has weaknesses. Half the premier league keepers have weaknesses too.

Everyone has weaknesses, its ridiculous that people are saying he is crap from free kicks because he was beaten by a great one today and a couple of crackers last season, the only two i can remember were Puncheon for MK Dons and the Wallsall guy, certainly no **** ups like the OLdham keeper up there for Lamberts goal.

tbf this is the sort of game you need in a pre-season, not a thrashing.....but a hard workout, not just an easy 13-0 win against some 8th division Swedish team or whatever.

far more beneficial in the long run to have an early workout like this IMO.
