notnowcato Posted 13 July, 2010 Posted 13 July, 2010 Tiger at 11/2 with Paddy. Get your wedge on, get your wedge on honey! FORE!
Redbul Posted 14 July, 2010 Posted 14 July, 2010 (edited) Rory Mcilroy or Lee W******d might be worth a flutter at 9/2 each. I prefer a good stiff shaft, me. Can't have any head wobble.... Why has the middle of W******d got asterisked out? Edited 14 July, 2010 by Redbul Can't understand why 'e s t w o o' got filtered?!
Dave Benson Phillips Posted 14 July, 2010 Posted 14 July, 2010 Because of thet John PFC W******d matey.
Redbul Posted 14 July, 2010 Posted 14 July, 2010 Because of thet John PFC W******d matey. Oh, of course. Trust that ****ing great **** to **** up our filter, the ****.
Dave Benson Phillips Posted 14 July, 2010 Posted 14 July, 2010 As for my bets, gonna have a fiver each on W******d, Rose and Monty. Got a feeling we're gonna have a British winner this year.
Give it to Ron Posted 14 July, 2010 Posted 14 July, 2010 Harrington will be up there with the leaders.
Trader Posted 14 July, 2010 Posted 14 July, 2010 (edited) I'm repeating my post from the US Open thread in the hope that some of you half-wits see sense - how many of you picked McDowell? "Why anybody would ever bet on the outcome of a golf tournament is beyond me. Notoriously unpredictable, form goes out of the window, and 155 contenders in the field. And crap odds - the bookies must love it." You might as well just send the bookies the money. Tiger 5-1fav? Jeez. Edited 14 July, 2010 by Trader
notnowcato Posted 15 July, 2010 Posted 15 July, 2010 I bet Steve O is piling on Eric Chun at 1000/1. If he makes a good start will he keep it up??
saint_stevo Posted 15 July, 2010 Author Posted 15 July, 2010 Fancies? Tiger @ 5/1? In form Rose @ 25/1 Im going for these two, Steve Stricker and Ricky Barnes e/w Money on all of these, tiger was 6's and Rose 20's by the time i did it though. Also got Ryan Moore e/w and a 5er on Steven Gallagher to be top 10 @ 12/1 and Tom Lehman to be top senior @ 4/1 Basically, i have gambled my life on it
Hatch Posted 15 July, 2010 Posted 15 July, 2010 Just pumped for a couple of outsiders. Ross McGowan and Chris Wood
saint_stevo Posted 15 July, 2010 Author Posted 15 July, 2010 Just pumped for a couple of outsiders. Ross McGowan and Chris Wood Oh yeah, i'm on Wood as well @80's for a couple e/w Jon Daly tearing it up at the moment though! Although Rose -2 thru 2 can't complain
Hatch Posted 15 July, 2010 Posted 15 July, 2010 These early starters need to make the most of the conditions, going to be crap for the afternoon players. Daly could be leading after round 1 if he keeps it up.
Hatch Posted 16 July, 2010 Posted 16 July, 2010 had a couple of quid on Poulter this morning at 100-1. Tiger currently going backwards
saint_stevo Posted 17 July, 2010 Author Posted 17 July, 2010 Excellent from woods yesterday, 73 in those conditions was very very good Majority of my bets still lookin good!
dune Posted 17 July, 2010 Posted 17 July, 2010 Excellent from woods yesterday, 73 in those conditions was very very good Majority of my bets still lookin good!
Trader Posted 18 July, 2010 Posted 18 July, 2010 Fancies? Tiger @ 5/1? In form Rose @ 25/1 Im going for these two, Steve Stricker and Ricky Barnes e/w Don't say I didn't warn you. Let's see Tiger T-23 Barnes T-44 Stricker T-55 And in-form Rose didn't make the cut. Never mind the US PGA starts in a few weeks - another chance to throw money away. What a bunch of f*cking chumps
saint_stevo Posted 19 July, 2010 Author Posted 19 July, 2010 Money on all of these, tiger was 6's and Rose 20's by the time i did it though.
