Gasmi, Pulis and Robertson

Just a quick question really.

 

Does anyone have any idea when these 3 will be deemed fit enough for selection?

 

I think we could do with having a look at Gasmi as we need a bit of cover for Lallana in the hole.

I beleive robertson is fit for selection but pulis and Gasmi have I beleive both got broken metertarsels (sp). Gasmi is still in France at the moment being treated so I dont think he has met or trained with the team yet!

I think they will have to give Pulis a squad number before he can be selected. I reckon that will be about Christmas time as we cannot currently afford new numbers.

Someone mentioned three Footballers in plaster caste had been seen at The General Hospital in Southampton.

 

You may well ask about Saints and the NHS. Well to be fair we are on cutbacks all round

at the Saints.

 

iF IT is our three xmas signings then save the numbers for the moment it would only be an assessment under the NHS and the waiting list is 18 months long.

Terry Paine is hopefully on his way to Southampton from South Africa in the near future

for his book signing etc.

My suggestion would be to give him a team number whilst he is here and get a couple of games out of him.At least he is fit even at 60 ish he probably could play better than the three missing young players.

 

Then do a video of Painey and show it to Dyer if he returns from Sheffield.

Even at 60 he should show young Dyer what real wing play is required.

Pulis can't be far away. Him and Gasmi have had a month since they signed and both were injured at least a couple of weeks before that, so mid August. I think we will see them following the international break which provides a great way of integrating them into the squad.

JP has said that Jason Euell is a week or two away from full fitness, whilst Gasmi and Pulis will be out of action for around 3 to 4 weeks.
