Same as last year "season ticket voucher booklet"

Not impressed - all these new machines have nothing to do with the turnstiles.

Yip got my two in the post today, earlier than I expected but still can't be used yet anyway lol. Nice colour booklet but would prefer a swipecard. Maybe that is the plan in our future plans for the premiership?

Mine arrived yesterday, went down to the ticket office yesterday to get tickets for the Reading & Bournemouth games and they were all sat down sorting out STs for posting.

Is there any reason why, when you go to the ticket office, buy season tickets, pay for them and then get told they will post them out in the next couple of weeks?

I ask this, because as already stated they are the same this season as last year,i,e a printed slip with name and addrress seat number row and block.

After making the trip down to the ground to buy them I couldn't believe that I still had to have them posted out.

I could see a mountain of booklets sat on the counter just needed the printed ticket put inside and I could have saved them the postage!

If the club really needs to cut costs to be a more profitable business then surely the less time packing and posting ST's and postage costs then actual buyers at the counter could save them a packet?

I'm sure there's a reason and maybe it's not all that simple.

Not got mine yet, but was told when I made my payment that it wouldn't come until the end of July.

Gave them a call today to see if I could come and collect mine as requested when I paid and the guy said that wouldn't be a problem, different story when I got there though as I was told they hadn't been printed off yet and I should return at the end of next week. Slightly annoying to say the least!

Mine received today too. Can't wait for the new season to start now!

And they've kept the 10% off Away Kit voucher too. Nice touch.

All season tickets are registered to an address.

I'd imagine that in sending the season tickets out to the registered address the club is showing 'due diligence' to prove that the season ticket holder lives at said address. Particularly handy if the season ticket holder goes on to cause a bit of 'bovver' as the police will then know who that person is and where they live.....

Well I received 3 out of the four, in two different envelopes and they managed to mix the names up so the junior and assuming the under 8 will have wrong names and, they even managed to swap the seats round!

Got to wait to see if 4th ticket arrives then have to post them back to get the names swapped over !

Ah well so much for the simplicity of just repeating last years tickets !!!!!!

Still waiting for mine. My uncle got his last week. He renewed a few weeks before I did though. I can only assume then that the earlier you renewed the sooner you will receive it.

Further to my earlier annoyance (read above) my ST turned up in the post today, which is great but for the fact I specifically requested to collect it from the Ticket Office. Anyhoo, roll on Aug 7th!
