Only half of them were great actors, i mean Charlton Heston - REALLY
LVSaint Posted 28 September, 2008 Share Posted 28 September, 2008 Some great films Butch Cassidy, The Sting, The Color of Money to name my favorites - and his voice very memorable in Cars! Oh, and the charity salad dressings stay as his daughter is carrying on the legacy! RIP
tpbury Posted 28 September, 2008 Share Posted 28 September, 2008 Only half of them were great actors, i mean Charlton Heston - REALLY Furry Muff. I was struggling to think of the names of the actors I really really liked and it basically came back to Clint and Paul. Charlton's only there cause of Planet of the Apes and I wasn't that big a fan of John Wayne. Did quite like the Irish-y fella (James Coburn!! - remembered!!). Was Newman in any of those ensemble War Films - that's what I associate him with, but now I don't think he was in them (eg. Bridge Too Far, Longest Day). Anyway, I'll get me tablets. IMO,those films were brilliant and Heston was integral to making them classics. But it's all down to opinions.
