RoswellSaint Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 Please don't mess this up...could be a real confidence booster
ottery st mary Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 All is forgiven JP your a star. Come on Saints lets be having you as Jamie Oliver would say on behalf of Norwich.
Seaford Saint Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 Well thats cheered you ****ers up, and me as well.....
ALWAYS_SFC Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 All is forgiven JP your a star. Come on Saints lets be having you as Jamie Oliver would say on behalf of Norwich. Said with tongue firmly in cheek of course;)
ALWAYS_SFC Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 OK lads calm down it`s only Doncaster!! We should be beating them TBH.
ottery st mary Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 Said with tongue firmly in cheek of course;) I am actually getting excited..first time in a while might even have to get the Delia cook book out and treat the wife. Win to-day and beat Norwich Oh teah.
Under Weststand Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 The natives aren't happy with the Ref... Just maybe the luck is beginning to turn our way at last
equalizer Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 OK lads calm down it`s is only Doncaster!! Come on we need a straw to clutch at!!
Panda Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 OK lads calm down it`s is only Doncaster!! Give the guys a break - it was only Rotherham.
Under Weststand Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 Now that is one hell of a Muffin LMFAO
saint lard Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 Sheff UTD 1-1 Watford. Watford equaliser scored by John-Joe O'toole, what a great name.
ALWAYS_SFC Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 I am actually getting excited..first time in a while might even have to get the Delia cook book out and Beat the wife. Win to-day and beat Norwich Oh teah. Bit Harsh mate:D
Saint_clark Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 Morgan off, Perry on. Wotton to midfield.
Saint Martini Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 Is it me or has us starting to play better coindided with Scheiderlin returning? The last match we played with him (against QPR) we were actually playing alright with 10 against 11 and when he went off we folded like a deck of cards. Coincidence? And just as I write this he goes off. Please let me be wrong!
Polaroid Saint Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 Just got back from playing footy myself - blimey, two goals to the good? come on saints. I have a crafty bet for Saints to win either 3-1 or 3-0... ...another goal for Saints and I'm buying the Muffins tonight ;-)
.comsaint Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 FFS - how come we seem to pick up so many injuries???
saint lard Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 I am actually getting excited..first time in a while might even have to get the Delia cook book out and treat the wife. Win to-day and beat Norwich Oh teah. A whisk can be very versatile.
Arizona Posted 27 September, 2008 Author Posted 27 September, 2008 FFS - how come we seem to pick up so many injuries??? We don't, we get the same quota as any other club. They just hit harder because we have such a ridiculously thin squad.
Saint_clark Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 Double sub for Bournemouth, according to Cope. Doncaster fans are booing the substitution

hells Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 (edited) Cope just said a double substitution for BOURNEMOUTH!! Edited 27 September, 2008 by hells Spelling doh
Iowsaintsfan Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 wasnt Morgan doubtful for today anyway?
saintjay77 Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 FFS - how come we seem to pick up so many injuries??? to be fair Morgan was 50-50 to play so it might have been the plan to get him off early anyway
ottery st mary Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 Hope Lowey and Wildey are there..Nice to see a plan coming together. Another goal Saints...
1965onwards Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 Because like last season .comsaint, the players are not fit enough.
ALWAYS_SFC Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 hope lowey and wildey are there..nice to see a plan coming together. another goal saints... lol
Polaroid Saint Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 Will Cope on his usual top form again then.
ottery st mary Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 Bit Harsh mate:D Your a naughty poster. Come on the reds.
mitch01 Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 Cope just said a double substitution for BOURNEMOUTH!! very strange, theyve copied it on the OS!
.comsaint Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 We don't, we get the same quota as any other club. They just hit harder because we have such a ridiculously thin squad. Stern John & Sniederlin in the same game for example. 2 valuable players to SFC - out for the Norwich game no doubt. That's what I'm getting at...let alone the already-crocked we have. A thin squad 'for sure' - but it's not helping my friggin' nerves!
ericofarabia Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 I think it is because Dubai Phil isn't listening any more...stay away DP! I've just sent him a text with the score, and he has banned himself!! Watching rugger or something, but does send a woot Decision time, should I let him know which pub we are watching the game in next week  COYS. Cope just said we have scored in every away game this season .. quite surprised to hear that, need now to improve the goals/points away from home ratio then.
Saintandy666 Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 Doncaster are the sort of team we need to be beating if we want to win a relegation scrap. But so is barnsley and blackpool.
ottery st mary Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 A whisk can be very versatile. Agree a few scotches and the wife will think I am really versatile. You can hear in the background its only a game and your bank as run off with your overdraft. More goals Saints and we are out on the town.
SNSUN Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 Come on guys, let's bang in three more and neutralise the goal difference...:-)
equalizer Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 Sheff Utd 2 Watford 1 James Beattie Dyer on the bench!
Polaroid Saint Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 958 Saints Fans - although Will Cope says alot of 'em would have been there on Tuesday night as well. At least they weren't at Rotherham. Brilliant. I love Will Cope. Actually I don't; clearly I think he is ****e, but he provides a good 'boo-boy' on match days.
ALWAYS_SFC Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 Come on saints don`t sit back and try to hold on to the 2 nil You know it won`t work,a goal for them and we will be all over the place.
Poshie72 Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 I've just sent him a text with the score, and he has banned himself!! Cope just said we have scored in every away game this season .. quite surprised to hear that, need now to improve the goals/points away from home ratio then. Dont do it dont do it, you know it makes sense:rolleyes:
Arizona Posted 27 September, 2008 Author Posted 27 September, 2008 Stern John & Sniederlin in the same game for example. 2 valuable players to SFC - out for the Norwich game no doubt. That's what I'm getting at...let alone the already-crocked we have. A thin squad 'for sure' - but it's not helping my friggin' nerves! It happens. This wasn't the first time players have been injured in the same match and it wont be the last. This scenario is nothing special. Don't blame it on bad luck or "bad things always happen to Saints". It's our own fault for not having anywhere near enough depth to cover for injuries. 2 valuable players... you could argue most players in our squad are valuable, there are so few of them.

mcjwills Posted 27 September, 2008 Posted 27 September, 2008 Doncaster are the sort of team we need to be beating if we want to win a relegation scrap. But so is barnsley and blackpool. Would that be blackpool that could be in 6th if they win today!!!
