Block 5 Posted 14 June, 2010 Share Posted 14 June, 2010 Since the upgrade to the forum yesterday I have been unable to log in using the default browser on my HTC Hero. I haven't altered any settings, but have kept trying to log in all morning; all of a sudden it's fine. Case closed. PS. Andy, totally unrelated, but have you upgraded to Android 2.1 yet? Saintandy666 Posted 14 June, 2010 Share Posted 14 June, 2010 Nope, it was promised be an over the air update at the end of April and it hasn't come :/ By the way, I just realised that on my laptop if you log in on the front page it doesn't log you in but if you do it on the forum page it does... might just be that? Latest date is June 18th for T-Mobile's 2.1 upgrade - we shall see. It is possible to upgrade yourself to Android 2.1 (search on YouTube), but I think I shall wait. Deffo get Opera mini, handles all webpages very well. Try long pressing on a street in normal map view. A little box should appear. Then touch the box and some options should appear, including street view.
