I'd like to be able to PM registered users that I know. I fully understand that this site costs a bomb and that all the donations are needed to pay for site so it can cope, but please could you fix it so the tight wads can receive PM but not send them.

Maybe you could offer an Istallment plan to pay off the fiver over the course of the year !!
