Stayed up until 2am watching it.

 

Excellent golf. McDowell very calm under pressure, hit fairways and greens and did the job. Others, other than Lavret, all made a big mistake somewhere in their round.

Nothing to do with the US Open but have been Pebble Beach a few times. Totally recommend the area for a holiday.

Why anybody would ever bet on the outcome of a golf tournament is beyond me.

 

Notoriously unpredictable, form goes out of the window, and 155 contenders in the field.

 

And crap odds - the bookies must love it.
