The photos it is based on has the sash both ways. This is due to it physically being separate from the white shirt. Thus some players in 1885 put it over one shoulder and some put it over the other shoulder. You'd think they would realise and be uniform.

The away kit last season had lots of little details around the badge on the yellow strip, and on the inside of the collar.

Although having said that, it's a throw-back to the first kit we had - which was plain.

Some of the original kits were left to right, some were right to left. I guess this version had to this way round, so that the Umbro logo in plain white could sit on the sash instead of the badge which would look messy.

 

I like it. Especially as it has no sponsor. This could be the first shirt I've bought for 15+ years. Thumbs up from me.
