mdearlove Posted 10 June, 2010 Posted 10 June, 2010 How annoying are they! Apparently there is no way to turn them off. I can't read the text on half the backgrounds that have been displayed so far. Sort it out google

I can't read the text on half the backgrounds that have been displayed so far. Sort it out google On the Homepage, click Change Background Image (bottom left corner), choose Editor's Picks, scroll down and the final option is plain white. It will default back to white tomorrow, anyway. Edited 10 June, 2010 by Danny
saint_stevo Posted 10 June, 2010 Posted 10 June, 2010 What are you on about? go to http://www.google.co.uk
Pancake Posted 10 June, 2010 Posted 10 June, 2010 go to www.google.co.uk but that is just the "home" page, you don't (well I don't) get it on any search results.

thesaint sfc Posted 10 June, 2010 Posted 10 June, 2010 Bit plebish though. The main thing I've always liked about google is how they've kept it simple. Looks a bit 'bling/bing' ish now.
mdearlove Posted 10 June, 2010 Author Posted 10 June, 2010 I dont get it on search results page but Google is my homepage in chrome. Even picking the white background doesn't help much as they have changed all the text to white! Oh and I didn't mention the search results page in my title

St Steve Posted 21 June, 2010 Posted 21 June, 2010 I like it, I also like the way you can add your own images as a web designer and a photographer it's ideal.
