But the Lib Dems who they had to cut a deal with were against it add to this the glorious Labour party's ability, as always, to p!ss money up the wall probably also had an influence overall!

Yeah. I've just read that they've shelved plans for it as the Lib Dems are against it. Crazy that the party who came 3rd in the election seem to be dictating how so much is run these days.
