The boredom relieving Saints Summer Quiz.

If it's time for a new question, here's one?

Which two saints legends who made over 500 league appearances between them both made their full debuts in 7 goal defeats?

The player middle name question is still live. Be patient.

But it is Craig Dell Maskell right?

Can I have the point and let him pose the new question?

If he doesn't confirm the answer by 10am then yes, a new question restarts play. The point will be confirmed when he eventually resurfaces.

Well u've forgotten Dexter Blackstock...

I asked for the two in 66 and 86. Not a complete list of everyone who has done it.

I'm pretty sure it was Glenn ****erill in 86. It was Tim flowers who went off injured. Was it Tony Knapp in 66

Right incident. Wrong replacement.

Tony Knapp sounds good.

Only to Mrs Knapp.

2 correct answers to take the baton, people.

Not sure about the "legandary" status. But Tahar v Spuds 7-2 2001 to go with Peach 7-0 v Ipswich 1974.

The trialist was, I believe, the brother of Caroline Wozniacki, the Danish tennis player - can't remember his first name though.

Not the one I was thinking of his sister is one of the top British players...not that means much.

Chanson D'Amour was right.

Correct. To you, Ron. To me. To you. etc

Let Chrisobee ask the next one as I may need to shut everything down in the next few minutes as the electricity board is coming to upgrade the meter.

Also I still feel a bit guilty about my 'Hacienda' **** up last night!!!!!!

I actually dreamt about that last night FFS!

!!!VOTE FOR RICKIE!!!

Post 438 still refers so as it's my question I'll repeat it :

Ok. There was a thread on here recently about the away goals rule. Which Saints player started to leave the field, even shaking the hands of the opponents, erroneously thinking Saints were through on the away goal rule only to be called back as the rule didn't apply after 90 minutes of what was the 2nd leg ? That should give a clue to the competition at least !

Got as far as confirming the Competition was the League Cup.

Watford away. I was there, but never heard of this incident.

How about Charlie George as he was a thick tw at?

Good call. I remember it well as I was there too ( not many of us suffered though!). Watford became my most hated ground as a year later I went with a friend who supported Swansea to see them play at Watford. After a long day and with an infected foot I fainted and was carried away on a stretcher by which time I was conscious enough to hear the Watford fans singing "He's only a poor little Swan!" . Just about the icing on the cake :(

I'm sorry to confess that after the 7th had gone in, I was bitten on the leg by a police dog, whilst trying to "discuss the match" with the Watford fans.

At least that might impress Stu. :)

On the way home the driver of Foley's coach got lost (pre-M25) and drove into Heathrow. Que song of "We're on our way to Europe."

OK. Who, prior to Osgood, was our record signing?
