If they're Honey Bees you have a responsibility (not legally mind you) to make sure they are dealt with correctly. Given that bees in this country are on the way out, and we would be seriously ****ed without them, they need all the help they can get!

I reckon the bees are more likely to be of the Bumble variety because honeybees are more likely to nest in a tree or bush.

As for all UK spiders being harmless, that's right and wrong, right because the ones native to the country are harmless - save 1 or 2 who can give a nasty bite.

However we do have one 'alien' species over here, the False Widow which is venomous and can hospitalize a person who reacts badly to the bite.

I was told, that the venom of the 'Daddylonglegs', was one of the most deadly in the world, but as it only injects a very small amount, we are unaffected. How true this is, I don't know.

Daddylonglegs not only are not poisonous but they are not actually spiders! Spiders are classified under the group Araneae, Daddylonglegs belong to the Opiliones group.

No, The wife didn't want to install a badger flap in the back door. Too big aparently.

That's a shame because I am informed that a badger will clear out a bees' nest.

My advice is go and kidnap the TCWTB and stuff his head down the nest, the bees will be that shocked they will want to move elsewhere, with the added bonus of TCWTB gets stung to f*ck

The explosion in badgers has contributed to the decline of bees. They are also doing a pretty good job at wiping out the hedgehog (when did you last see one run over?) the English partridge. It was a lovely site to see a badger 20 years ago now they are vermin.

A cull is long overdue, not least because of the fact that they spread TB. I wasn't aware of them being a threat to bee's though.

This I like. I will need one of those HazMat suits to go near him. Anyone know where I can get one of those.

Only problem with this is that bees die when they sting and lets face it these days bees are much

more useful than TCWTB :D
