this has suddenly started to appear when my mouse hovers over an image on twitter, facebook, this site, and most others

 

its ****ing annoying

 

it only stated happening last night, when i installed a new 02 mobile dongle, but wasn't sure if Chrome had updated itself?

 

either way, i dont no how to get rid of it. appreciate some help

EDIT - just tried it in IE, and its not happening, so guessing its something with Chrome. ive tried restoirng to defaults but its not changed

It will be a setting on your dongle to save bandwidth i suspect....

 

EDIT- Plenty on the innerweb bout it.......but i'll do the donkey work
