Was a good game really, KP was on fire before he tried another showpiece shot (as per usual) He is such a fantastic cricketer to watch when on form, he just seems to know exactly what he wants to do and where the bowler is going to bowl.

 

I dread to think how much we would have trounced them if he stayed in bat !!

Would have loved to watch it but it was on some obscure channel and costs a year's subscription of $84 per month just to watch it....

 

 

Anytime we beat the Yarpies is good, but let's not get carried away, this is an England Team in a World Cup. Our only hope is that we may have got past the bad luck early on for a change, but with KP on the way home Bopara comes into the team....

 

Let's hope Mrs KP isn't using Royal mail to deliver her baby and he gets back in time for the semi (Assuming we don't get D/L'd again V NZ)

We'd have to get beaten heavily by NZ not to qualify so hopefully D/L will not matter, in fact would probably help as the less overs the less damage it would do to our net run rate.
