doubleonothing Posted 8 May, 2010 Posted 8 May, 2010 Just got in from the pub and had a Yorkie which I found in the fridge. At this exact moment it is possibly the greatest chocolate bar of all time. But it got me thinking what is the greatest chocolate bar of all time? At the moment I am thinking Yorkie. And until someone comes up with a better one I'm sticking with that! OOO
Spudders Posted 8 May, 2010 Posted 8 May, 2010 Spira. You could suck tea through them causing the chocolate inside to melt.
hamster Posted 8 May, 2010 Posted 8 May, 2010 For an every day lunchbox snack, a marathon. But for a last ever choclate bar prior to facing a firing squad, a Caramac
saint boggy Posted 8 May, 2010 Posted 8 May, 2010 (edited) i had a Raisins and Biscuit Yorkie today.....they're rather GOOOOOOOD my all time favourite HAS to be Bounty or Double Decker (sorry, couldn't POSSIBLY single one out!) Edited 9 May, 2010 by saint boggy
Saint_clark Posted 9 May, 2010 Posted 9 May, 2010 Twirl is pretty epic. The brilliant taste of the flake without the....well, flakes. I'm a big fan of Bournevilles.
saint boggy Posted 9 May, 2010 Posted 9 May, 2010 Twirl. I sincerely hope this information helps. oh, believe me, this information is nothing short of critical to the Nation's welfare...i salute you on your contribution
chrisobee Posted 9 May, 2010 Posted 9 May, 2010 Hmm, right now I fancy a Yorkie bar and it's only breakfast time.
Saint137 Posted 9 May, 2010 Posted 9 May, 2010 Double Decker, one of the few that tastes better not straight from the fridge
SuperSAINT Posted 9 May, 2010 Posted 9 May, 2010 Can't beat a snickers. They need to bring back peanut lion bars too.
Guest Dark Sotonic Mills Posted 9 May, 2010 Posted 9 May, 2010 Dime (Daim - pah!) Boost Toffee Crisp Double Decker Time Out
UniS Posted 9 May, 2010 Posted 9 May, 2010 Another vote for the Double Decker. Although the beautiful simplicity of the KitKat Chunky pushes it close...
daveygwyatt Posted 9 May, 2010 Posted 9 May, 2010 Didn't they do a mint whispa bar years ago!! That gets my vote or dairy milk fruit and nut.
JackFrost Posted 9 May, 2010 Posted 9 May, 2010 Only problem with the double decker it crumbles like anything as soon as you bite into it and half the chocolate ends up making a mess on the floor. I'd have to go for the Twirl or the Caramac
dune Posted 9 May, 2010 Posted 9 May, 2010 Milky Bars or Caramacs and i'm also partial to a Bourneville.
gary r Posted 9 May, 2010 Posted 9 May, 2010 what a choice marathon, milkybar, topic, texan, love them all
RonManager Posted 9 May, 2010 Posted 9 May, 2010 (edited) Lindt 95% Cocoa - hardcore chocolate, not for beginners. I've never quite understood the concept of putting non-chocolate items into a chocolate bar, like nuts etc. All this does is use up valuable space that could be taken up by chocolate. And as for Aero Bars, well you're just being ripped off, plain and simple. IT IS A CHOCOLATE BAR THAT I AM BUYING FFS. If I want nuts or raisins etc I can buy them separately. dune Posted 9 May, 2010 Posted 9 May, 2010 Kinder surprises are yummy, and the surprise is even better.
chrisobee Posted 9 May, 2010 Posted 9 May, 2010 mint aero yorkie double decker Yes Yes No - never have liked DD's
chrisobee Posted 9 May, 2010 Posted 9 May, 2010 Caramac is crazy talk. Spira is a good shout. Caramac is delicious
SuperMikey Posted 9 May, 2010 Posted 9 May, 2010 I'm torn between either Double Decker or a Boost. This.
dubai_phil Posted 9 May, 2010 Posted 9 May, 2010 Tough call, Suchard Milka Hazlenuts or Cadbury's Caramel Best chocolates are Paatchi. Mate's sister owns the franchise in Syria & he brings about 6Kg down here twice a year...... Hmmmm Paatchi
TUS Posted 9 May, 2010 Posted 9 May, 2010 Double Decker. It pains me to not see them on the confectionery shelf of any establishment. Such a school boy error.
SuperMikey Posted 9 May, 2010 Posted 9 May, 2010 Double Decker. It pains me to not see them on the confectionery shelf of any establishment. Such a school boy error. We sell them where I work (Boots). You need to shop around a bit more mate.
gaz Posted 9 May, 2010 Posted 9 May, 2010 Fruit Club, Snickers, Crunchie, Dime, Starbar, or a peanut butter Kit Kat Crunchy.
Saints1980 Posted 9 May, 2010 Posted 9 May, 2010 Trios were awesome. Double Decker or Lion Bar for me.
saint boggy Posted 9 May, 2010 Posted 9 May, 2010 Finger of Fudge... my older brother had a teacher called Miss Tudge when he was at school......no prizes for guessing what song they used to sing about her!!!
ericofarabia Posted 9 May, 2010 Posted 9 May, 2010 Flake Kippy you are a man of good taste ....... and the adverts were the dogs dangly bits The only better thing than watching a girl go down on a flake is watching one lick out a Walnut whip
