Sorry why? We drew 1-1... Yes we took the lead and then gave a crap goal away. Any reason other than that? I can think of a few more important moments, Swindon at home anyone?

I think it is because we were under the cosh for so long in the second half. Then won the game against run of play to then throw away two points against one of our main rivals. just my opinion

Orient, Millwall, Yeovil, Mk Dons. In that order. Roll on next season, and looking forward to Bournemouth away already!!

Southend 3 1 in the p1ssing rain great turn out mid week cracking support

Orient for the come back numbers of Saints fans and great atmosphere

special mention Gillingham what a way to finish away footy good sing song on the way home.

I only "made" one away game - Hartlepool, so many of us to travel all that way and then out sing the home fans (even whilst they had their lead) - was absolutely brilliant. Their pies were pretty good as well!!

Best - Norwich - we owned them from the first minute to the end

Worst - Colchester - cold, crap result, crap ground, crap ball boys who nearly caused a riot by not getting off their arses for our throws & corners & couldn't see the far end in the fog. Parked close though.

for a few mins on the terrance, huddersfield threw a lead away and were losing and it seemed the impossible was happening...

This may be due to it being your only away game of the season;-)

Tranmere (for the whole weekend)

Hartlepool (horses and football day)

Carlisle (first time in a long time I've been so drunk I've forgotten things!)

What was your away game of the season? For me it is a choice of:

Gillingham: Not so much for the game, which was one of the worst, but for the ridiculous amount of alcohol consumed and random messy London-ness.

Leyton Orient: Massive Saints following, good drink with lads well out the way of the ground and more Leicester Square madness after the match.

I must say, I fookin love League 1. :-)

Gills for me.

Proper old school messy.

The Good....

Orient - for the Real Ale Pub Crawl before and stacks again after

Walsall - for the Real Ale beforehand

Millwall - for the Real Ale before and after

Carlisle - long trip but made it up in time for pub opening at 11am and then back home in time for a Curry

Yeovil - sunburned Head, last minute goal and wasted on far too much Real Ale

The really bad...

Swindon - Sh1te pub, ****e game, sh1te away end

Colchester - Soulless ground in middle of nowhere

Brighton - nothing good to say about it, at all

I have really enjoyed league 1 away games.

Already looking forward to next seasons trips!!!!

Away games are not just about the 90 mins of footy, but the whole away-day experience.

Spending a day from early-doors with a bunch of mates that just happen to support and follow the same footy team as you!

Quality!

Brighton will be all right soon. There new ground is coming out good, all though it reminds me of Huddersfield.

Yeovil

But then that was as good as a home game for me (and a damn sight nearer), and I was sat amongst the home fans. Took a bit of willpower not to grin too broadly on the way out :D

Disappointingly next season's fixtures haven't thrown up an epic like Hartlepool away on a Tuesday.

Still, mostly looking forward to Rochdale, Dagenham & Redbridge, a Saturday in Hartlepool and the obligatory trip to Carlisle.
