Think a lot of fans (home and away) are going to struggle to make kick off! The M3 is at the worst I've seen it in about a year! At a complete stand still. According to a truck driver next to us, there's been 2 crashes and they've only just opened one lane.

Only just got home to Bassett from Alton and I left at 4.25... it's an absolute nightmare. Luckily just after the Winchester exit is clears up.

I've just looked on the trafficengland site and they are showing delays of 1 hour southbound J8 to J12. Normal conditions expected from 7:00 pm. The A34 southbound to Winnall is showing a 15 minute delay until 6:45 so it looks like any other cross-country route is to be preferred.
