At least he had some on here fooled into thinking he gave one iota of smidging of a concern about Saints. It has all been one big ACT. The main reason he's been kept out of the media is so he doesn't cloud the illusion that he cares. And for those of you that believe that he was never in it because he cares and wanted to save Saints for his own sake and thus Saints would be saved, what now? He failed, Saints have no assets left to sell, we are 'scr*wed'. IF Leon Crouch had stayed on instead of Rupert, where would we be, any worse off? Leon was going to shut the corners, Leon was going to scrap the bus tickets, most of Leons money saving ideas have been implemented by Rupert. Yes we would've sold players. But at the end of the day, we wouldn't have to pay 'him' for the pleasure of scr*wing us, at least he did it for free and his love of the club. How are things going to get better by booing during games? You lot are ****ing ridiculous sometimes, yes we're **** but we play some good football at the moment and we have players capable of getting results. By complaining the whole ****ing time whilst there is nothing else that can be done you just mess this team up. People are always complaining about the managers being churned through and yet 7 games into this season and you want the new ones to go. He (Pearson) clearly had the backing of the vast majority (though I recognise not all) of the fan base. As I've said several times, it is footballing decisions that will relegate us, not finances, and the biggest mistake of all was appointing someone who, by age 53, had no experience in coaching at a high level or of the English game. This is not said with hindsight - look back at my posts over recent months if you like. As Alpine said, it gives me no pleasure to say I was right. Lowe out + Administration = opportunity for experienced businessmen/women who understand football to take over for next to nothing by demonstrating a sound business plan to the administrators and bingo!
