Ponty Posted 23 September, 2008 Posted 23 September, 2008 bart cork , perry, killer, mills wotton james, surman lallana mcgoldrick So Jan's idea of mixing it up a bit is to put out the same old same old but drop the 'keeper who's been the only steady one on the ship. Ok.
Matthew Le God Posted 23 September, 2008 Posted 23 September, 2008 bart cork , perry, killer, mills wotton james, surman lallana mcgoldrick I hope we have 11 players
ALWAYS_SFC Posted 23 September, 2008 Posted 23 September, 2008 Just as predicted Mcgoldrick plays despite being absolute dross. He`s bullit proof, directors and coach`s favourite. Just glad it doesn`t matter much being a cup game.
Saint Billy Posted 23 September, 2008 Posted 23 September, 2008 Just as predicted Mcgoldrick plays despite being absolute dross. He`s bullit proof, directors and coach`s favourite. Just glad it doesn`t matter much being a cup game. It should do though for revenues sake!
ALWAYS_SFC Posted 23 September, 2008 Posted 23 September, 2008 It should do though for revenues sake! TBH I doubt we will earn much from this game after expenses.
saintj Posted 23 September, 2008 Posted 23 September, 2008 Saints: Bialkowski, Cork, Svensson, Perry, Mills, Wotton, James, Lallana, Wright-Phillips, Surman, McGoldrick. Rotherham: Warrington, Tonge, Nicholas, Sharps, Fenton, Harrison, Mills, Cummins, Rhodes, Reid, Broughton.
Saint Martini Posted 23 September, 2008 Posted 23 September, 2008 --------------------------Bart-------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------- Cork------------Killer----------Perry-------------Mills ------------------------Wotton------------------------ ---------James-----------------------Surman-------- -------------BWP-----------------Lallana------------- -------------------------DMG-------------------------- I suppose the team will look something like this? Or will BWP and Lallana player as wingers?
Doctoroncall Posted 23 September, 2008 Posted 23 September, 2008 I hope we have 11 players BWP still doesn't count though!
Saint Billy Posted 23 September, 2008 Posted 23 September, 2008 TBH I doubt we will earn much from this game after expenses. But if we win, we may get a prem club next which will help.
Tac-tics Posted 23 September, 2008 Posted 23 September, 2008 I want to be in that number, oh when the sains go marchin in!
Saint_clark Posted 23 September, 2008 Posted 23 September, 2008 Will be interesting to see how Surman does in the left-wing role.
team-saint Posted 23 September, 2008 Posted 23 September, 2008 it's like this ................Bart............. Cork..Svensson..Perry..Mills .............Wotton............. James...................Surman .......Lallana.......BWP........ .............McGoldrick..........
Johnny Shearer Posted 23 September, 2008 Posted 23 September, 2008 So Jan's idea of mixing it up a bit is to put out the same old same old but drop the 'keeper who's been the only steady one on the ship. Ok. Isnt Davis getting some injections though? Hence not playing?
Matthew Le God Posted 23 September, 2008 Posted 23 September, 2008 Why does the Saints TV guy keep calling the away kit "Slate" grey? It is "Flint" grey according to the club
SuperSAINT Posted 23 September, 2008 Posted 23 September, 2008 James & Surman ARENT going to be wide... They'll be narrow.
trousers Posted 23 September, 2008 Posted 23 September, 2008 Any radio link? Apart from Saints TV....
Saint Bowood Posted 23 September, 2008 Posted 23 September, 2008 this works for me http://matchlive.safc.premiumtv.co.uk/mlex/258741/matches/10172006/2686762/match_console.html?clubid=undefined
Saint_clark Posted 23 September, 2008 Posted 23 September, 2008 James & Surman ARENT going to be wide... They'll be narrow. O RLY? I think Surman will be on the left midfield with BWP on the right. It is the same formation as we have been playing all season.
Saint Fan CaM Posted 23 September, 2008 Posted 23 September, 2008 I fear for the team after this game... where the hell is Skacel?
trousers Posted 23 September, 2008 Posted 23 September, 2008 Why does the Saints TV guy keep calling the away kit "Slate" grey? It is "Flint" grey according to the club Aye...we normally slated after the game, not before....(ha ha)
Thorpe-le-Saint Posted 23 September, 2008 Posted 23 September, 2008 Only a few minutes in, and ALREADY SaintsTV is ****ing me off with its **** poor connection! (And it's not my internet, my wireless has 'full bars'.)
Window Cleaner Posted 23 September, 2008 Posted 23 September, 2008 I fear for the team after this game... QUOTE] Why so??
Saint_clark Posted 23 September, 2008 Posted 23 September, 2008 I fear for the team after this game... where the hell is Skacel? Picking up his £6000 for last week.

Andy_Porter Posted 23 September, 2008 Posted 23 September, 2008 O RLY? I think Surman will be on the left midfield with BWP on the right. It is the same formation as we have been playing all season. I agree, can't see any difference tbh. I was fully expecting a 4-4-2, guess that won't happen though. I just can't see us doing anything this season with McGoldrick as a lone striker.
Saint_clark Posted 23 September, 2008 Posted 23 September, 2008 Only a few minutes in, and ALREADY SaintsTV is ****ing me off with its **** poor connection! (And it's not my internet, my wireless has 'full bars'.) It's working fine for me.

Thorpe-le-Saint Posted 23 September, 2008 Posted 23 September, 2008 Can't see us beating this lot, don't know why.
VectisSaint Posted 23 September, 2008 Posted 23 September, 2008 Subs? Forecast, John, Pekhart, Paterson, Dyer, Hatch, Thomson. So Rudi doesn't even make the extended bench. Strange.
Saint_clark Posted 23 September, 2008 Posted 23 September, 2008 Rotherham almost score... Funny how if the same happened for us we would be saying "Saints fail to capitalise"

ALWAYS_SFC Posted 23 September, 2008 Posted 23 September, 2008 Funny how if the same happened for us we would be saying "Saints fail to capitalise" Get said quite a lot
