Yep, noticed that too. That family is the definition of underclass.
rallyboy Posted 9 April, 2010 Share Posted 9 April, 2010 In future when new roads and closes are adopted in the city, rather than being named after councillors, former mayors etc I would rather see the names of people who have given their lives serving the community recognised. It would be a small gesture by the council but it would send a firm message to the two families that their loved ones would always be remembered in the city. benjii Posted 9 April, 2010 Share Posted 9 April, 2010 What a disgusting bunch. And we will have the pleasure of paying for the upbringing of their next urchin and no doubt more after that. They have shown they are incapable of looking after a property graciously given to them; they should be slung on the street and their children taken into care. EDIT: actually, that should have already happened long ago. Scum.
Um Bongo Posted 9 April, 2010 Share Posted 9 April, 2010 I was reading in the paper today the fire had been going for 20 minutes before they realised? And when they did, they used Doctor Pepper to try to put it out? Words fail me.

benjii Posted 9 April, 2010 Share Posted 9 April, 2010 Why the hell does the state feel it has a responsibility to house someone with 17 convictions anyway? It is mental.

benjii Posted 9 April, 2010 Share Posted 9 April, 2010 Prison overcrowding? EDIT: I can't say anything sensible because this sort of person makes me so angry (not you, Dr Pepper matey et al).
INFLUENCED.COM Posted 10 April, 2010 Share Posted 10 April, 2010 Speaking with the cousin of one of the firefighters involved would suggest the Hoffman tale of events may prove inaccurate due in part to the heat factor, if anything is proven that the fire was started deliberately then I sincerely hope the pond life are charged with, at the very least, manslaughter. LGTL Posted 10 April, 2010 Share Posted 10 April, 2010 They ignored the smoke for 20 minutes, assuming it was from elsewhere??! Talk about lazy, I wonder why they are both unemployed. Pond life. RIP lads.
Master Bates Posted 10 April, 2010 Share Posted 10 April, 2010 Hoffmann used to work for me many years ago, he was very very unreliable.

Viking Warrior Posted 10 April, 2010 Share Posted 10 April, 2010 Hoffman and co get echo headlines is totally How can these pond life have the audacity to come out with their pathetic story. I certainly will not be giving them money to by their child new toys or help them with a new home to rebuild their lives. However I will give money towards a collection for the two brave firefighters who lost their lives. The Echo should do some research about the pond life before trying to make them sound like victimes. Dr Peppers to put out a curtain fire. Dosent he have a sink , could have got a bucket, washing bowl or even a kettle to try and douse the flame. but a tin in dr peppers.
