FFS why are we not training the ballboys to only do it properly when it's our throw or we're chasing the game. This has been a major issue for me over the last few seasons. Why do we still insist on getting in kids from the local schools etc? Yes they get a day out but we should really have youth team players/academy kids who have practiced throwing the ball back quickly to our players and then slow it down for the opposition - apart from when numpties from the crowd throw it back onto the pitch. Still maintain that Reading in our first season away had the multi ball down to perfection as they completely mullered us with it at their ground.
